Football wasn't just a sport to me... it was my life.. From street games as a kid, to martial arts at 6y to years of football training and playing with different clubs.. The game was my life. Then at my peak.. SUDDENLY came the ankle severe injury that changed everything.. The diagnosis was brutal.. And a sentence I'll never forget:

"Your career is over, u can't even walk normally anymore" .. heartbreak..

But I refused to just accept it. Instead of stopping.. I became obsessed with the human body.. How movement actually works.. What causes injury.. What restores function.. I got into Fascial work, Elasticity, Animal flows, Joint mobility training, Calisthenics.. Things most people have never heard of..

Two years later I started moving better than before the injury! The pain was gone.. The ankle that was supposed to end my active life became the foundation of everything I teach..

I started helping friends.. Then clients.. Then moved to Dubai and became a certified coach. I coached 1:1, group sessions, workshops... and started sharing it online.. Millions of people related.. Because they were dealing with the same thing:
